On these pages I, the Pithole Hermit, will document my adventures in developing a 3 acre lot near Pithole Pennsylvania. I just completed purchase of the land today. It is mostly wooded with a small clearing. A 12 x 16 shed is already on the property and I plan on converting this to a cabin. There is a 100 foot well with an electric pump, but not electricity to the site. No sewage or other utilities. I am starting with a 3500W generator, which I will set up tomorrow. That is all for now.
